June Meeting

Post date: May 30, 2017 7:27:09 PM

Please join us for the June 1st meeting of the Chicago Area Assessment Group. We meet from 10:00am to 12:00pm on the first Thursday of every other month. Our next meeting topic will be Institutional Assessment Culture.

Institutional Assessment Culture

Our meeting will focus on assessment culture—what it is, what it looks like on campus, current trends and research implications. We will be joined remotely by Dr. Matthew Fuller, Associate Professor of Higher Education Leadership and assessment culture researcher at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. Most notably, since 2010, Dr. Fuller is the creator and principal investigator for the Survey of Assessment Culture which has initiated a national dialogue on the positive influence of institutional culture of assessment as a concept, what it looks like, why it exists and how it changes. Dr. Fuller will engage meeting attendees with updates on his research, how assessment culture constructs can be applied to different institutions and answer questions.
